Elaine & James // University of Hong Kong // Pre-wedding

A lot of couples ask for help when deciding on where to shoot their engagement session at, so you’re not alone. As a experienced photographer, I can easily throw out names of some gorgeous locations but first, There are few things to consider where is the unique spot for your engagement shoot. eg “Consider A Location That Is Sentimental And Meaningful To You”, “Consider Your Favourite Hobby Or Activity” or “Consider The Type Of Outfits You Will Be Wearing” …etc. These things will help you think of a location that reflects you as a couple, and also make your session more meaningful!

This time Elaine & James had their photo shoot at university of hong kong where they first met and where their love story began. We started off at the main building, the university’s oldest structure (Constructed between 1910 and 1912) and It is built in the post-renaissance style with red brick and granite and has two courtyards. Our shoot day came and the weather was good to us, being overcast but with some sunny spells. we had a wonderful afternoon, having fun and making gorgeous pictures for this gorgeous couple. I love them a lot and I can’t wait for their wedding now!

Here are some of my favourites from their session…
